Are only Christian’s hypocrites?
Guess what, spoiler alert, no one is perfect. Therefore, if someone is name calling, they are guilty too. Namecalling is judging. Do not be wary of being called a hypocrite, but live in a way that is pleasing to God. Also, you are the one to chose who you surround yourself with in this life. Those with whom we give our attention and time impact us, chose wisely.
The time has come when you turn on the News and hear the TV Hosts calling out someone for being a Christian. Not sure I thought I would see this day. Although, this has been occurring for centuries. This is an opportunity to check yourself and remember that Jesus spoke words that clearly stated that the world would hate Him.
The world is full of judgement by others. However, we are not the ones who are responsible for judging. We are called to love one another well. If your day is filled with moments when you sit down with others and dissect other's behaviors or choices, likes or dislikes, there is time to get up and do some good works. No need to pat yourself on the back, just know that you are making an effort to live a fulfilling life.
Goodness and evil both spread in a group of individuals. Negativity or Positivity can cloud or lift up a unit. It is up to each individual to chose how he or she wishes to spend the precious time in each day. Reminder that life is short, and it is time to live your best life, today.
God has called us to focus on the goodness, positivity, and blessings. His wish is that we would live a life free of pain and hurt. Choose your best life, and choose to walk according to the life God has in store for you.
Luke 6:42
"How can you say to your brother, 'Brother let me take the speck out of your eye,'
when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye?
You, hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then
you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye."
