Do you speak up for what is right or for those who need protection?
Today is a big day. I am proud to share that my daughter has joined 5 other fierce women to speak up for all women athletes. All of these women happen to have been amazing athletes in the sport of swimming. They are speaking in court today, and praying they are heard. Women athletes deserve to be heard and should be able to verbalize concerns about a fair playing field and privacy in locker rooms.
Proud of these amazing women for speaking up about this issue. They were told to keep silent. Having a biological male compete against the Women impacted the entire NCAAs in 2022 for the athletes, families and spectators. They are finally speaking the truth about how the silencing effected each one of them and their performances.
Women need to keep fighting for women sports, a safe playing field and locker room. Women athletes should not be silenced and should be allowed to protect Title IX for Women who should only be competing against biological women. The only individuals allowed in Women’s locker rooms should be Women. This has nothing to do with discrimination and everything to do with keeping Women’s sports strictly for biological women.
God has commanded all of us: Thou shall not lie. When a sex is assigned at birth due to anatomical differences, these differences only grow and blossom with the aid of hormones and puberty. Due to these hormones which are mapped from conception, a human develops fully into the physique of the particular sex that the body is programmed to physically develop. A male body is completely different from a female body because of countless physical characteristics that naturally develop in each different sex.
There are so many advantages that male bodies have over female bodies. This was the reason that women were not allowed to compete in sports only some 50-60 years ago in their own division. This is also why biological males should not be allowed to compete in women sports ever.
1 Corinthians 16:13
“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.“
Hopefully we can all take courage to speak the truth and protect those who pay the price. Be careful to recognize what is true, just and righteous. We are all called not to follow the mainstream, but to follow God’s truth.
