I remember when I started writing these blogs, I would read them countless times to check for errors. Thanks to Siri, written in sarcasm, I find that words can be changed even after the fact, and I'm not aware of the change til after I re-read.
I am what they call a perfectionist, which can be tiring, to say the least. I can take on a task and try so hard to do a superior job, that it robs me of all energy. Finally at 55, I'm learning that it's ok for others to see my imperfect self. Although, that has never kept me from being silly in public 😉
Wow, I was almost done with this post, and I clicked on an offered revision and 3 paragraphs disappeared. The joys of technology.
The point was that I'm trying not to get hung up on being perfect with these posts, but trying to share what I'm feeling called to share. The only human who has walked this earth, who was perfect was Jesus, and even He was persecuted by men. I have no idea why this font has turned blue or peach, nor can I correct the discoloration. Perfect example!
Hebrews 8: 28- “For the law appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, appoints the Son who has been perfected forever. “
My hope is that something that I have written
will encourage someone, if not a lot of someones, to seek with faith, the joy, hope, love, and perseverance in this world that only God can provide. Walk through each day knowing that when you sit with Jesus in heaven, you will be with perfection that loves unconditionally. Go be imperfect, but keep persevering. You can do today! 🩵 It's Bob’s birthday!! 🎉🎉✌️
